New Mexico Film Incentives - Additional 10% Rural Uplift
Productions starting principal photography/project start date on or after July 1, 2023.
In addition to the percentage of direct production and post-production expenditure, an additional 10% shall be applied for work, services or items provided on-site for a production that is located 60 miles beyond the county seats of Bernalillo and Santa Fe counties.
Direct production and post-production expenditures made in the 10% uplift zone that are subject to taxation by the state of New Mexico and directly attributable to the production of a film or commercial audiovisual product may be eligible.
