Details: Halo Insurance Services, LLC dba Route 66 Insurance is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Insurance Agent Trainee or a Licensed Agent. This is a unique opportunity to start your career in the insurance industry with on-the-job training, support to obtain your insurance license within six months, and excellent growth potential.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in providing exceptional customer service to clients.
• Learn the fundamentals of insurance policies, coverages, and agency operations.
• Support licensed agents in quoting, processing, and managing insurance policies.
• Develop skills to explain and recommend appropriate insurance products to clients.
• Attend training sessions and study to successfully pass the state licensing exam within six months.
• Meet sales quotas as established by the carriers.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and client follow-ups.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to commit to obtaining a state insurance license within six months (if not already licensed).
Compensation:
• Pay Range: $12.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on experience and licensing status.
• Regular pay may increase based on performance.
